James D. Holmes, CPA, MBA, Chairman of the Board and Acting CEO

Mr. Holmes' responsibilities are corporate and executive administration and finance.

Mr. Holmes joined Lifeline in March 1994 as a result of the reverse-acquisition. He brings an extensive background in corporate management and finance. As President of Carson Capital Management, he oversaw the mergers, acquisitions and corporate financing for over 50 companies. Mr. Holmes was controller of BioRad Labs, a medical products manufacturer and marketing company specializing in medical, chemical, clinical diagnostic tests and medical equipment. Prior to BioRad he was treasurer of Harvest Industries and Chief Financial Officer of Synergistic Industries.

Mr. Holmes is a Certified Public Accountant, a graduate of San Jose State University in accounting, economics and finance with graduate studies in accounting at Golden Gate University and advanced management studies at Stanford University. Mr. Holmes was formally with the international accounting, consulting and auditing firm of Price Waterhouse Coopers.

Louis G. Keith, M.D., Ph.D., Senior Medical Consultant

Dr. Keith is Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Northwestern University School of Medicine and the attending Physician, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the Prentice Women's Hospital and Maternity Center, Chicago, 1987 - Present. His responsibilities are training and continuing medical education and oversight of clinical research.

Dr. Keith received his Doctor of Medicine from the Chicago Medical School in 1960. He is a charter member of the Society of the Advancement of Contraception as well as a founding member of the International Society of Photoscopy. He holds medical licensure in five states. He has published 509 articles/editorials, 27 books, edited 33 journals and has made 22 scientific exhibits and posters.
